Refund policy

We're here to make sure you're happy with what you've bought. If there's a problem, just get in touch with us within 30 days of getting your order, and we'll help you figure out what to do next, whether that's sending it back or getting a refund.

Returns

If you want to send something back, you have 30 days from when it arrives to let us know. To get a return approved, the item has to be exactly like it was when you got it: not used, not changed, and still with all the original packaging, tags, and any extras that came with it. Make sure you hang onto your order confirmation or receipt, you'll need it for reference.

  • Return Period: 30 days after delivery
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags

How to Start a Return

  1. Reach Out to Us: Email us at support@calteran.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email for prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.
  3. Send It Back: Pack the item securely and follow the provided instructions to ship it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us.
  • All other reasons, such as change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we get your returned item and check it out, we'll give you a refund within 7 business days. You'll get your refund through the same way you paid us in the first place.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Sale & Custom Items

When you buy something on sale, you can't get a refund. If you order something that's been customized just for you, or if it's a special item, you can't return it or cancel it once it's been sent out. 

Restocking Fees

We won't charge you any extra fees for sending back items you've returned.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Make sure you double check your shipping details before you place your order. If the address is wrong or not complete, we can't be held responsible for any problems that happen with the delivery. It's really important that your address is accurate, so take a minute to review it carefully before you finalize your order. This way, you can avoid any issues with getting your package on time.
