We want to make shopping easy for you at Calteran. So, we're offering free shipping on every order in the United States. This way, you can get what you need without worrying about extra costs.

1. Shipping Coverage

We're sorry, but right now we can only ship things within the United States. If you're trying to place an order from another country, we won't be able to process it.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We're all about getting your order to you fast. Here's a rough idea of how long it takes:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping Cost: Free on all orders

After we've taken care of your order, it will be sent out and passed to our Shipping Partners.

We've got you covered with free shipping on every single order, no need to worry about meeting a minimum purchase amount.

We partner with trustworthy shipping partners like USPS and UPS to guarantee your packages arrive safely and on time.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: Not currently available
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time

Once your order has been sent out, we'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way. This email will have a tracking number in it, which you can use to keep an eye on where your package is and when it will arrive. Just head to our Tracking Page, enter your tracking number, and you'll be able to see the latest updates on your shipment.
